Another great one, Paul. I wouldn't think of a better illustration for this hoverfly. It seems you have a nice collection of different ones and the challenge is not only getting a nice shot of it but also find different species in the same family. Anyway, the note is very informative and the subject very well presented. No nits!

The colours are so marvelous, this violet flower is reflecting the sunshine. Wonderful.

Wonderfull photo Paul!
The detail is stunning in this image and the colour on the flower remarkable. I still have the Sigma 50mm in a drawer somewhere, judging from this post I should take it out a bit more ;-)
