Textures on this beetle and leaf are really extraordinary. Warm leaf's colour and black beetle do nice contrast. Composition very good, too.

Interesting insect Paul you seem to have alot of knowledge on insects in general. Good exposure on this shot. The leaf makes an excellent contrast for this beetle I think.

This is perfect in every way. I just love the exposure here...it's masterful. And the detail on the beetle, Paul...wow. It looks like I can reach out and feel the smooth bumps.
