Although it seems a bit over-sharpened to me, the detail of the kite's feathers does stand out well, and I like the way you isolated the bird against the background of blue cloudless sky.
While I like the tight framing, I think a rectangular format would work better than the square one you used. It would have let you leave more space in front of the bird, giving it space to move into in the frame.
Despite these couple of issues I like this shot, and overall I think you've done well.

Kolejne piekne ujecie w locie. Ten drapieznik robi wrażenie bardzo dużego ptaka i tak pewnie jest. To naprawde piekna fotografia.

Hi Necip,
I think you got the older version replaced with the newer one with the repost option. I do have to say that the colors look a lot better. The details in the feathers are very beautiful and the slightly tilted head is wonderful.

Nice action shot, Necip! This one have more details and I think I will chose different way to crop giving more space.

Wonderful shot and a fabulous wings span. Very neat and sharp image and against the blue sky as BG looks majestic. Superb lighting and spot-on focus on its eyes. Excellent POV and very nicely composed. Kudos.

Hi Necip, both this and the other Red Kite shots are wonderful. Markings in pic 3 seem more evident but all are good. Focus and sharpness on the face and eyes in this one is excellent. I would be interested to know what your actual focal length was as I am invited to take pics of Red Kites in Oxfordshire, I wonder will my lens manage to capture them? They look great against the blue sky and colours and tones look good to me. All nicely framed.
