Another close up from a flower. I think it is a cornflower or blue bottle, but my knowledge of plants and flowers goes mostly not further then that I like them. I was lucky there was this wasp flying on it. Even it is out of focus, it gave the picture something extra. Just framed it in the color of the flower.

Hi Liesbeth, nice colour to this flower. I don't know it's ID but it is certainly cornflower blue. Your wasp is a hoverfly, belonging to the Syriphini tribe. As you say it is all a little soft in focus.
