Hello Alan, Gee, the five step method! ;-) I couldn't help but smile because it sounds like what I do many times - except for the beer part. I use diet coke, in fact I drink way too much of the stuff..I digress. The pervasive warm yellow tone makes the photo unique. Excellent sharpness, details and POF. Well composed and a pleasure to view. Well done and hope the weather holds for you my friend..
