Nice shot, the black and white works well. I like the mood it is very dark and Sleepy Hollow like.

Good composition, good focus and the exposure works well here, making it slightly darker and more moody.

My only critique would be the writing on the photograph (but that is personal pref.)

This is a fine old specimen, quite well depicted!
Your composition is well balanced, and the details in the naked branches are good...
My question mark is the the sky, as it appears to be a tad too dark to fully emphasis the tree...
