Hoverfly are the gardeners friend, they predate on garden pests and as adults pollinate flowers. This one is feeding on the sweet residue left by the aphids on this greenhouse plant. There is a tiny aphid in shot by the Hoverfly's tongue which is lapping up the sweet "honey-dew"
