Further to yesterdays posting of the same hike across Dartmoor.
During a brief lull in the rain and after around 3 miles of walking, we came across this place, Broad Falls. This is a very remote and quiet part of the moor, and we hadn't seen another soul all day.
This is the first time i've tried a long exposure shot of water and had anything resembling success. I balanced my camera on top of my rucksack and used a polarising lens and a graduating filter. It was all a bit of a mad rush to avoid the approach of another rain cloud! |
