| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hi everyone.
This was taken yesterday morning at hengistbury head. It was pretty cold and the sky was quite flat apart from a few chinks in the clouds.
Tweaked the curves a little and saturation + 10.
Thanks for looking

Hi Ewan!
As a spectator of this picture I get the feeling to be pulled away into the sea. This effect created by the low point of view and the foreground in movement is superb. I also like the dramatic atmosphere and the marvellous colours. The picture has a well pronounced romantic aspect and oscillates between pleasant and fearful feelings.
Kind regards
Markus
Hello Ewan! Amazing seascape, dangerous waves. Good horizon, very good long perspective. Original shot. Good luck!
Hello Ewan
I agree with Markus. The water and foam movement is quite hypnotic. The long exposure was a good idea for this picture.
Well done!

Hi Ewan
Another very nice and moody seascape from you, my friend!
I like how you've concentrated on the motion of the water here and composed everything else around that.
The result is a very dynamic landscape, with a good natural contrast and a great atmosphere.
However, if i were you and since i know you don't live too far away from this point, i'd try something very similar on a clear day, to let some more colors into the scene. Same idea/composition but more vibrancy :) Just a thought...
Anyway, Bravo and TFS
Horia
Hello Ewan,
Good depth in your wide angle shot.
I agree with Horia's critique. Most of the time I do;-).
This one generates a particular atmosphere.
Well done
