[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Thought i would go down to the local pond to try to capture some of these amazing clouds that we've been having recently, but with the addition of a bit of sun.

shot in RAW and converted to JPEG and resized.

Hi Ewan,
i see you've also been taking full advantage of the fantastic clouds and we've had since the rains finally stopped!
The water lillies across the foreground add some nice detail and your POV and with the trees framing the image is good. I also like the composition of the clouds too. Great job, keep snapping!

A nice capture. But why the picture so small? When you can post a maximum of 800 X 600 here. Thanks a lot for sharing.

I saw your critique where you mentioned this shot and had to come see. Wonderful!! It really is good. I have that circular polarizer but haven't really used it. This inspires me to get out there and do something. :)

Are you sure you didn't use a filter here? the colors are so well saturated. A truly nice landscape....

Such a beautiful landscape!
I like very much the careful composition made here, with the trees at both extremes of the picture, and the gorgeous cloud's formations, with saturation enhanced by the use of the cir. polarizer.
I would like to enjoy this in a larger size, you can take advantage of the full 800 pixels wide permitted to display this great image.

I think this is an excellent capture for its awesome sky reflection, the split frame works well. Great color and contrast. I would like to see more of the tree if possible, to balance the composition though..The 800 pixel wide TN limit would help also.
