Hello Nick,
A delightful capture of a Coal Tit taken from a great POV with fine sharpness, colours and lighting and nicely composed against a neutral BG. Here the catchlight is on the beak in this lighting, which is not a bad thing!
Thanks and have a nice Sunday evening,
Ivan

Hello Nick,
I remember the Coal Tits from our garden in Dorset, they're so cute! Here it's around in the tall Pines but it is not easy to photograph. I love its pose here and the beautiful light and colours. Great sharpness too and well composed.

Hi Nick

A lovely shot of this coal tit from you!
Yes we see that nape on its head very well, as we see all the details of this little bird, since your shot is so incredibly sharp and crisp.
Further more, the f/8 you chose here is excellent and keeps the entire bird very well in focus while already the branch right behind it is blurry.
Very well managed and taken, my friend!

Bravo and TFS
Horia

Another one of those beautifully composed extremely sharp shot. Beautiful, as usual!
I'm still waiting for the book!

Hello Nick,
a marvellous picture of Parus ater taken with superb sharpness in a great pose, splendid colours and BG, excellent POV.
TFS
Best regards
Maurizio

That is quite the combination of lens length and f stop!!!! Considering there is not much in the foreground, and the background is far enough away..it almost makes...well it does make the bird seem all by itself...I'll wager it is tricky with that lens to get a good shot like this one..and patience!
Bob

Hello Nicholas
