My Dragonfly posting continues and each time I try to get closer and closer. Tommorrow I will post one with a dragonfly eating what looks like one of its kind (very small). For this picture I had to get into all kinds of positons avoiding most bushes. needles etc... but hopefully worth it. Comments on improvements most welcome.

Demetrio, I'm pretty sure this a another Migrant Hawker (Aeshna mixta) You certainly are improving, my only niggle on this is that the focus is a little soft on the subject. Otherwise very good. I look forward to tomorrows post.

Very good macro Demetiro.
Good close-up with very good colours.
But it have a lot of noise and as Paul says , the focus is a little soft.
I dare tio make a WS to show.
Well done.

Very nice close up of this dragonfly Demetrio. I like the tight cropping and the composition. The colours are great and you got a lot of details.

I agree with Gert about the noise and he did a very nice WS.
I also agree with Paul about the ID - no doubt, you can clearly see the Tee-mark on his abdomen.

Very close macro with a dary ISO that of course implies noise, may I propose a new filter in WS ?
