Nice exposure which shows a great deal of detail... something I have trouble with in strong sunlight and dark birds. Could be a little sharper though, and perhaps have the contrast tweaked a little. I've done a workshop...

The OOF birdbath is a bit distracting and I might have chosen to do a tighter crop, but that may just be personal preference.
