Hi Clint

What an interesint, artistic and rather original post and composition. Purely delightful!
I think this is the most beautifully presented slug i've ever seen :)
The way it sort-of coils its body around that thin straw is just brilliant! And you maanged to capture that greatly!
The shallow DOF here made that BG outstanding and the flash is also well controlled.
The colors are lovely and the details very nice and sharp (as usual, when it comes to your shots).

I like the most the way the slug is coiled around the branch.

I do love your shots, the simple compositions with the strong colours and excellent DOF are so striking. I love the slug, I have never seen a slug so attractive :) I love the light and textures on the slimey skin. Stunning
