| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hi everybody,
this is my first try at waterdrops and reflections. Today I bought a close-up filter (x3)and had to test it so i set up this scene in my kitchen. i dripped some water onto a chive stem and behind it i positioned a photograph of a flower with a bumblebee upside down. i still haven't quite managed the focsusing and appropriate depth, also due to very long shutter speeds there was some noise and i tried to get rid of it, might have lost some sharpness. please let me know what you think of this initial try. will try some more, probably go out and by a flower tomorrow and try it with an actual flower in the background. |

hello Alexandra
Wahow for your first try
Very good ingenuity to put behind a setting whith good color who's gone very well with the green of the chive stem
As you say the details of the chive stem and the bumblebee need (for me too ) to be a little more sharpness. It stay for all that a very nice photo wih also a good centring.

Hi Alexandra.
Very nice work. Successful. In my opinion you shuld try again with glycerine drops. Glycerine is a viscose fluid and its drops will be bigger than water. Greetings
