Hi Nick,

I'll send you sunshine if you send me some rain and cool temperatures! It's ghastly here - heat advisory in effect expecting 110F and bone dry. We both have a bird scarcity but for different reasons. Beautiful Tit in an adorable pose - they always looks so cute. Great colors and details set off beautifully by the black background.

Optima imagen lograda aqui, sorprendente la iluminaciom en el objetivo principal, por lo que luce asi sus finos y bellos colores. El fondo en negro combina de maravilla con el resto de la imagen. La pose exelente, asi como la nota escrita tambien.

I have heard of weather all over the world going astray. in S California it is drought and int he Midwest it is flooding...all raising up the prices of foods...and the California problems draws down on Washington's electricity because we sell them power from the Columbia river...a strange federal connection..Bonneville Power Administration..Grand Coulee dam. It is only an hours drive from me.

But as to you bird..it stands out well Nick...How is it that you get such wonderful backdrops..I wish I could copy that style!

You have so many excellent bird shots! Very cute Parus Major perched on this tree with this perfect dark background which gives to its beautiful plumage even more impact. Rainy weather is sometimes excellent for good shots.

Great shot with wonderful detail and colour. I like the way the dark background allows the bird to stand out. For a shot taken at 800 ISO it appears very low on noise. Excellent!
