Hi Paul. Good to see your work again. Thanks for your kind comments We will have to out some time energy still a bit low.
Now to this stunning picture. I must have been in bed when this was going on. I like the way you have included the old looking tree in the forground and one on the sky line to the right of the picture.. Not a lot can be said about the colours only beautiful. Very well done TFS.

Hello Paul,
What a special and fantastic photo. The colours in the BG are wonderful, but I also like the autumn colours in the FG. Together with the tree it all form a perfect composition in the photo. Right place, right time. Thanks for sharing.
Regards,
Peter

Qué gran belleza Paul !
Tus tomas, más o menos manipuladas, siempren son un alarde de técnica y buen gusto que incitan a la meditación y observación. Buen equilibrio además del conjunto.

Hi Paul,
A stunning shot, the tree in the foreground really makes the shot. Colours are outstanding, sharp and soft. Well done for the effort of getting out there early.
TFS regards Bill

Hi Paul,
That certainly is a beautiful start of the day. I love the intens colors and how it also colored the othewise dull ground fog. The lone tree is my favorite subject especially when it has a view like this one. Probably the best part of this photo is the other single tree on the horizon, it gives perfect balance to the FG one.
TFS,
Niek
P.S. My plans are to launch my site in the first week of October.

Mate, this is indeed superb!
Initially, from the thumbnail, i thought this would be a very simple and classic shot, with a tree silhouette against a beautiful sky and that's about it. Boy was i wrong!
First of, there's that terrific mist there that makes a world of difference. Then there are the ferns (that i also like a lot) and that give both texture and colors to the scene. I wouldn't like to neglect the small aspects like the distant tree or the base of the big one - with the bright area and even the slope and shape of the ground - that are small marbles to my eyes.
Technical-wise, i love what you managed to do with the exposure here. The amount of light in both the sky and ground is just right and gives this photo such a tranquil and beautiful feel.
If i were to be nit picking, i'd say there's a small halo around the central part of tree plus there are two dust spots right near the right hand border...but i'm only telling you that since you told me to be 100% honest.
Anyway, those bits are easily fixed, so they don't matter.
The important thing is that this is a splendid landscape, worthy for calendar covers ;)
Bravo and TFS
Horia
PS: sorry to hear about your internet connection. Hope you'll get it sorted so we can chat some more about our upcoming meetings ;)

Hello Paul,
You certainly could't be disappointed with this!
What a sight! It reminds me of those wonderful silk needlework pictures!
The colours are just amazing whilst the tree is perfectly positioned in the 'strong' area of the frame.
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hallo Paul
Once again you have proofed that you are a photographic magician. The colours in this scene are unbelievably beautiful and you must have swinged your magic wand to ensure such an outcome. It is really lovely. I admire the timing here, capturing the light just at the right spot. The colours and view are really wonderful. This sure must have been wonderful to witness this in real. It was a sheer pleasure stopping by this dreamers view. Thanks for sharing. Kind regards
Anna

Hi Paul
Oi joi, joi, joi, joi. I mean WOW. This is super stunning. Can one eat it?
What much can one say about such a brilliant shot. It is there just to admire and
to feast your eyes on its beauty. I am serious when I say that I truly cannot recall
ever seeing any dawn photo that can beat this one. You have really excelled your
self Paul. The visual impact can only be read on the Richter scale.
Very, very well done and TFS.
Regards
Loot
PS. It's just sad to see that the "strange" yet dynamic TrekNature behaviour has
manifested once again. This posting should have already received a ton + critiques
and rewards.
