[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I have uploaded a number of meadow and spring plants, all from my immediate area of home, so I thought I would upload a couple of images to show where they are from.

This area is about 30 yards from my back door, leading to a couple of woods littered with flowers and shrubs.

This was taken with a 10-20mm sigma wideangle lens, hand held, manual focus.

ISO 100,
Shutter 1/160
F-stop - f/8
Most of the area since this picture was taken has been grazed by farm animals, but virtually all of my uploaded "British Wild Flowers" came from here (approx 75 species) and about 30 species of grasses/sedges.

Hi Howard
]
Have not been around much recently but I see that you have been keeping to your high standard. I can now start to picture the wonderful places that you go to to provide us with these beauties.
The POV is spot on with the slant making me grin.
Top work.

Hello Howard,
What a delightful area you live in!
This view of a bit of your home area is lush with the green-ness of early May and the peppering of buttercups adds a richness that we lack in Sweden at present as we have a drought that has turned the grass brown and made the flowers wither away. We could do with some of your rain!
I like the composition and lighting very much.
TFS this fine image,
Ivan

Hello Howard,
Beautfiul daisies on this hillside, good composition and nice low point of view, pretty colors and nice light.

Great wide angle view Howard, a good quality image.

Well done & TFS!

Hello Howard, this is a superb view you have from your back door, idyllic! You shot it with perfection, I love the hillside with all those flowers and the beautiful mature trees in the background. One feels like being 5 year old again and roll down the hill... do you ever? Thank you!
