I can't tell which species it is, but it's a good looking fly. When I looked at the photo, I noticed it has pollen on its legs, so it must be a pollinator too.
Not only a garbage/carrion dweller.

Your right it's the green bottle fly, nice sharp focus and colours and oof background. You may have got the wings in focus by giving a slightly greater dof IE.f8. Still a good macro shot, well done. Regards Bill
