[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This Blue Tit in it's Winter colours landed on this stick outside my hide, not intended as a perch, and stayed just long enough for me to focus and get two pictures before it departed to a feeder. I like it because it has twisted round on the near vertical twig looking as though it has only one front toe on each foot.
Camera settings:- ISO 200, AV, Spot metering, 560mm focal length, 1.4 x converter, remote shutter cord.

Just love the wonderful pose of the bird.
Great sharpness and clarity in the image and the feather details, soft BG color tones and light in the eye of the tit are wonderful.

Sharp image, nice colours, maybe a little grainy in the background though that could be easily removed.

This is an excellent capture, the unexpected and you got it.
The Blue Tit hanging on to an upright stick and looking back is different and you have caught it perfectly.
Composition, DOF, colour and detail, spot on.
