| these are two uk buzzards over the past few years thse have risen in good numbers and now can be seen in most of Britain although sadly some farmers still shoot these as the think they are pests. Their main diet is just rabbits and the odd pidgeon if they can catch it. here mum trying to teach the young one to fly |

Hi Andy
A great capture of the mother teaching it's young to fly. It' almost a bit comical. Their wings are nicely shown with their huge wingspan. Good colour and composition. A little sharpening may have brought out a few more details on the Buzzards.

Hi Andy
Lovely interesting shot, I love the dangling legs on the younger bird and the tail feather details of both. We have a family of these close to my home in Co. Armagh, I've tried a few in-flight shots and know how difficult they are to get right, especially the exposure of a dark bird on a light sky. TFS. Clarke.
Hello Andy
10 out of 10 for getting this shot..I have a pair near me and the best I can ever get is a nasty blur!! even with a 500mm lense!!..when they leave the ground they rise so quickly on the thermals they are soon out of reach...great shot mate and tfs
