Floppy Bee
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This bee was so tired, it just flopped itself onto the nearest plant, had a quick rest, got covered in pollen and then flew off!
It was so high up I had to hold the camera at arms length, apportion it to what I thought was an appropriate distance and then click the shutter. A couple of shots were blurred, but this one didn't turn out too badly considering the contorted position I was in when I took it!
I tried several crops, but decided to leave most of the foliage in to show the surroundings. Hope I made the right decision!

The colours are realy phantastic!
The bee is so sharp - it's looking funny with all the little white pollen around it.
You had the right moment - very good shot.
Thanks - bye - Sabine
Very good capture! Details are great and colors are very nice. TFS
