| I saw this bird chasing another bird. He caught him and went for the neck. I was sure he was going to kill the other bird. He had him on the ground squeezing his neck. I took a stick and pushed it away. The other one ran for his life.. Later a 3rd bird came over to the one that was attacked and sat next to it.. wish I had my video camera for this one. |

You can sure tell this goose is mad. Nice capture especially with the tongue sticking out. Comical moment. He must have been pretty agitated since even shutter speed 1/640 could not freeze the wing tips. Great shot anyway.

Hi Staale, beautiful action shot! It really conveys the heat of the moment. I've seen geese and swans engaged in this sort of behaviour and it requires great timing to get the shot just right. Very well done :)
