Hallo Robert,
superb picture to 'introduce' this species. Excellent sharpness, in particular of the legs and tarsal claws. Natural colours.
Best wishes, Peter

Hello Robert,
Quality image. Very good sharpness without over-sharp. Excellent detail, DOF, natural color, exposure, composition, and well seen on this uniform grey BG.
Very well done.

How strange to find such a grasshopper in England, Robert.
Excellent details on this unusual insect.
I like the POV and the clean BG.

Hello Robert,
This is a macro with all the necessary attributes to make it good, including the diagonal comp. Interesting to note that you kept and fed it till it matured. If you did that in Egypt you might have been regarded as a nutcase, but I'm glad you sent us a photo of it as an adult.
TFS, regards, Ivan
