A lovely shot of this little owl (Athena noctua), love the way she is peering into the shot. Superb eyes and those talons are huge for such a little bird.

Lovely, good focus on the eyes, nicely blurred background - TFS.

Lovely image - the eyes are lovely and sharp. I'm guessing you are using a 100-400L IS USM lens? The iamge is very good for such a slow shutter speed 1/15 second.

I like this one very much but it could've done with a deeper D.O.F.
