I fear the worst: if you continue to take so close macros in such a sharp manner, the day will come where that terrible beast will bite me through the screen... since I look at your magnificient and so realistic pictures, I keep a certain distance from my computer... one never knows!

The insect stands out as very natural, and gives a strong impact as we never get this "close" with our eyes...

Hi Jo, what a splendid compiition for a dedication to Angy. She truly deserves this one.
The shot is so innovative and very neatly done with lovely colours, details and sharpness. I locve the striking contrasts between the brown and the violet colours in the frame.The eye and horn of the bee stands out sharp.
