Hi Mark,although I prefer animals in colour however this picture works well in b&w.The photo exif info indicates that you didn't use a flash so the question is what lit up the front of this animal?The point of view is good and the clarity is outstanding for a night time shot,well done. Bob

Nice. Very artisitc interpretation of the deer and it's environment. Great to see B&W interpretation here on TN. Good PP. I just wish the deer was giving you a good stare down the lens.
