[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this shot of the Marbled Teal at Arundel Wildfowl Trust. I had not been there for many years but would heartly recommend it to all as a top day out. Although they have many fancy ducks and geese that like to show off for the crowd this simple Teal stuck out to me. It seemed so peaceful and serene and was not interested in the comotion that all the other birds were causing.
The Marbled Teal used to be classed as a dabbling duck but is now a diving duck, could anyone let me in on the difference and who decides these things ?

Hello Jai a wonderfully pretty duck, good clean reflection giving a plain background 1/40sec was a bit slow possibly resulting in the lack of crispness. tfs rgds Necip.

A soft image of kindness...this is what I see...and this has a quality which cannot be spoken,,,,, perhaps only seen..
