Great details and sharpness, as usual for the mp-e65.
Is there another pov?

Hello Alistair,
Uncommon macro, splendid sharpness details of body, excellent result.
Regards, Pawel
Hi Alistair,
That gold reflecter certainly helped bring out more detail. You've lit the whole thing really well.
The exposure is perfect and the sharpness of detail is awesome.
A brilliant image!
Very well done.
Cheers & TFS

Hello Alistair,
Excellent macro, with a beautiful natural light. Thanks for the idea of a homemade reflector. Best regards,
Catherine

Hi Alistair
Another excellent macro shot from you, but this time we actually get to see the whole animal...quite a surprise :))
You were really patient here, i guess, but also a bit lucky, to get such a nice sharp shot at such a long shutter speed. Even the slightest breeze would have ruined it.
Yet, it's such perseverance that pays off and the result is a wonderful macro. The side POV is great and the blurry BG works well to isolate the subject and make it stand out better.
Bravo and thanks for sharing
Horia

Hi Alistair!
Didn't know you were on TrekNature! This site used to be my haunt before I went to EPZ and I'm going to start posting again after a loooong break :-)
Really great macro once again.
Excellent detail and great sharpness.
Very well composed too.
Well done,
Joe (AKA Wildlight)
