An elegant portrait of a Great Crested Grebe caught with fine sharpness in a beautiful pose and from a great side POV. Nicely composed with atractive movement to the water.
All of which makes it a suitable image to pay to your son and future daughter-in-law and I hope they will be very happy together.

Big congratulations to young couple! Excellent photographic gift. Grebe looks really good, I like its saturated colours and pose. Distorted reflections in water make nice composition with bird.

Congratulations and best wishes to Jai and his bride. I wish them a lifetime of happiness. I love these Great Crested Grebes - which I have only seen in pictures on TN - and this one is adorable. I wonder if he is admiring his reflection. Lovely colors and details. The water is wonderful.

The bird's pose appears very coy but, I suppose that it is looking intently into the water searching for fish.
Lovely colour details and excellent details of the water, reflections and wake.

I had the pleasure to meet them both one night and also spent the day with you and him on that outing, so i know they are very kind and nice people...i wish them only the best!

This is a very beautiful photo and dedication.
The grebe is well presented, with sharp details and lovely natural colors. The small ripples on the water make the reflection fade a bit, but add another dimension to the composition - with their diagonal disposal.
