Nice mood with the long exposure on the water and good composition with the rocks in the foreground. What do they say about a red sky at night???? Hopefully you are in for some nice weather.

Maybe a little over-saturated, but surely a tremendeus sunset scene Paul, the effect of depth is much in evidence, as usual, so is the "boiling surf" effect of the looong exposure time. A beautiful composition to behold, no doubt.

Amazing shot of the Dorset coast Paul.
The 3 second exposure really gives the impression of smoke which fits the fire in the sky theme.
The coastal rocks look amazing too.Is that a limestone area or is that chalk ?

(I can't think of Dorset without thinking of The Comic Strips '5 Go Mad In Dorset'-Brilliantly funny)

Hello Paul,
I really envy your sunsets - the sun never goes down along our coastline!! ;-( We were hoping for a trip to the West Coast but the weather there has not been too good - lots of rain from England!! This is a great capture and I like the way you increased saturation, the colours are terrific, from the orange/red sky to the green rocks and the dull bit in the middle makes a very nice contrast. Very well done!

Is this not the name of a movie or a book? If not then it should be so...and if it was or is then the picture would fit perfectly Paul...there is almost a eerie sense about it...almost as though something is about to change...and all that through a simple, yet complex in many ways technical image...

This is not you, Paul...Sorry, love the idea of this shot, the composition is great, but it being yours, I'll take the liberty of being harsh..There is simply too much noise(if that's what you call those spots) in this shot to bear your insignia.
Could you please post a WS?
Or am I wrong?

You are lucky to live in such beautiful and rich area Paul! You pictures are amazing; I wish I have you skills to do such great landscape's shots. Colors and composition are breathtaking! I think that long exposure has created a little noise and I wonder if there is something to do to avoid that. I've made some tries with long exposure but all my pictures have visible noise... Anyway, this is nothing significant for such a nice picture.
