Glenoe falls in Glenoe Forest park which is part of the Glens of Antrim. I find an overcast day is always best to capture such scenes.

Hi Stepehen

If you intended to create an artistic effect, you hit the target. Technically seen, your picture is perfect (composition, filé-effect, lighting). I peronally think the whole creates an artificial impression which dominates a bit too much. But the overall atmosphere it generates is calm and restful.

Kind regards

Markus

Great capture of these falls Steve.
I agree with you about the light.
Too bright a day make it very difficult.
Nice exposure and composition.
Cheers
Steve

Hi Stephen,
a lovely shot with some super rich colour from the water and surrounding vegetation. I particularly like the lone golden leaf stuck on the rock, a very nice detail indeed.

Hi Stephen, this is a superb shot of the water falls. I love the slow shutter speed on the water. The light and colours are amazing with good focus and sharpness on the foilage. Beautiful composition.

Hi Stephen,
A MASTERPIECE like many other picures you took! Wonderful ambiance and great details...
A favorite!
Thanks,

Claude

Hi Steve,
I had to read your note twice. I first though you wrote Glencoe and I was already wondering why I missed a fall in Glencoe.
The effect of the shutter speed is wonderful It created beauty on the water and showed the wind even in the trees in the back. Love the touch of color by the dead leaves in the FG and the single leaf on the rock.
TFS,
Niek
