Hello Stephen,
I like it - truly Adamsian photographs :-) Very nice shadows/light combination and rock details.
Interesting note as well!
Best greetings,
Michal
Did you ever cross it???
I definately have to ge there...although it's very likely that i'm going to have serious doubts when i'm actually going to be there...but i wnat to go! :)
Splendid shot, Steve!
I really like the compo here with both of these impressive places in the frame. Also the use of the sepia does well to stregthen the emotion of that nerv-wrecking pass :)
Great job!
Bravo and TFS

Hi Steve,
Excellent effect and I like the supporting quote :)
Very nice view/comp and the "tonal" relationships look appealing to me. The two ants in that crevice give good scale as well ;)
Have a good rest of the week..& don't work too hard mf..

Hi Steve,
Glad to see this photo, because it is giving me a more time to look at it then during the episode from coast. It is also great to see you used this lens, since I am thinking about buying it for the purpose you just used it for.
Great work on the transition to this sepia like tone. The quote form Ansel Adams fits perfectly.
TFS,
