Hello Stephen,
Terrific very dramatic landscape you're showing here! Beautiful lighting giving fantastic colours and the old fence leading the eye towards the centre and far away the dark clouds over the hills. I think the untidyness helps to create the drama! I like it a lot!

You captured a wonderful broad tonal range here Stephen. I think the composition is strong. I'm not sure what you mean by "untidy". All the lines seem to lead into the frame, and the light is wonderful.

Hi Stephen,
I find the composition interesting. Broke down fence, nice beach and mountains in BG are nice. Nice contrast in the colors. I especially like the play of light with the sun shining trough the clouds on the beach.

This is incredible!
At first i thought it was something computer-made, then i looked who took it, i read the note, took another look at the picture and remained stunned (that was last night).
Only this morning i could get a grip and say something about it :))
Stephen, you outdid yourself again :) (this time with a bit of luck from the weather ;) )
The light here in the FG gave you an unbelievably magical effect. Also the colors and tones are wonderful throughout the entire frame and the composition impressive.
Another great work!
Bravo and TFS

I think the composition works just fine, lots of interesting little nocks and crannies to look at as the sweeping bend of the beach guides you through the shot.
Another very fine landscape.
cheers

Hi Stephen,
Great composition, and a really wonderful light. In fact what makes the difference between an good photo and a special photo is the quality of the light and you got it!
Very well done and TFS

Hi Steve,
Partially I can understand that you are not so happy with this photo, but on the other hand I can't. I do agree on the untidy look of the photo. But it is also great to see that nature is taking back what is hers. The lighting adds great drama to the photo but does almost freeze my view to the FG. Still that FG has something stunning to it.
What I do like a lot, are the imprints in the sand from your Wellingtons.
TFS,
Niek
P.S. After reading Mike's critique, I have to agree with him on the framing. But, I didn't notice it myself.

A++ for you.
