It had to be you!
I was waiting for the eclipse shots, as we had clouds and rain for several days. I wanted to see the red colour caused by the atmosphere, and here it is, wondeful and clear.

Hey! that's not fair...the Eclipse comes to your part of the world first! I've been getting all my cameras ready but I have a terrible feeling because of scattered cloud, I may not get a good view.
This is a excellent capture of the Eclipse Stephen, the colours are great. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the clouds pass.

Big shot! Es una linda pintura de la luna eclipsada. En Argentina se podìa ver el eclipse hace unas dos horas, pero yo no lo pude ver por estar nublado sobre la ciudad en la cual vivo.

Great to see a photo from you again. I hope all is well. This is a very beautiful photo. The warm glow on the moon is wonderful and the lighter reflection on the top left shows the result of the eclips best. I kind of like the star in the bottom a lot as well.

Hello Stephen

Fantastic picture of the moon event last night - and I am not jalouse at all :-((. As we had heavy clouds most of the day I was looking forward to this event and I was checking the weather through the evening. Up to 10:30 we had nice weather but then heavy clouds came in and there was no way to see the eclipse and take any pictures.

Your picture is among the best moon shots on TN. Excellent sharpness (what lens did you use). The colours are really good and just like I remember it from 2004.

This is a splendid shot of this lunar eclipse and i'm a bit amazed by the colors you managed to get on this one...very interesting ;)
The details are really terrific and i love to see all those craters so distinctively there and the composition is wonderful.

Great shot - I managed to miss it despite the perfect conditions... which was a real shame. But your shot shows me what I missed and at least I can see what I missed.

Awsome shot! The colors are magnificent and the detail is incredible. I've always had a problem taking pictures of the moon because it's movement always makes it blurry for me. Great job!
