Hello Alexei,
This is a Plumeria, Plumeria alba I think (Frangipani), wich is a very fragant tree. I love its smell...
Good sharpness, but some light is missing.

Alexei, there is something in your photos - a potential to be really good. you have a good eye, you need to have more attention to details - it's the details that make or brake a photograph. This is a nice photo - with the right lighting it could have been a lot more than nice! keep photographing and asking yourself about lighting and point of view.... keep posting - you will get there!!!
