Hello!
Today another insect from my "Jersey collection"- photograph was taken during the walk in north side of an island- I think somewhere near Bonne Nuit.
Conditions: Great, sunny day, very strong sun light, clear, blue sky.
Photo shows a fly drinking juice from flowers in the garden, I don't know what kind of fly it is.
Hope You like it!
Cheers for any comments, have a nice day! |

Hello Adrian,
It is a picture of a syrphid fly. I think it belongs to the volucella sp. (pellucens?). Good POV and focus. As far as the composition is concerned, I would have cropped to get only the fly and the flower in the picture.
Cheers,
Mariki
HI Adrian!
