sorry I don't know the name of this fish, but they form large schools in the waters off Grand Cayman Island.
They are fearless of scuba divers too, as the diver will often find himself in the midst of a school of such fish who simply flow around him.
The water is very clear and great for u.w. photography. The sand contains a high portion of broken shells which make it appear white and highly reflective, enough so night diving is possible without a lamp.
