Stoney Expression

Taken at the Deep Sea World Aquarium in Fife, Scotland. This ugly little guy is a Stone Fish, the most venomous fish in the world. It is an ambush predator with venom filled sacs attached to spines along its back. Once stepped on, the offending and unwitting victim has hours to live without anti-venom. It is native to the Indo-Pacific and Australia regions.
The mouth is upturned and grumpy looking, and the eyes are perched high atop the head.
I'm not exceptionally happy about the quality of the photo, tank and lighting qualities not being the best, but the subject is undeniably interesting!
