Spiky head spider
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I was actually taking photo of the surface of an old rock on my way up to the Pap of Glencoe in the Highlands of Scotland when suddenly I saw this spiky-headed spider walking into the frame. I actually got chills as I looked through the viewfinder and I had the Raynox DCR250 Macro Lens attached so the spider looked huge but in fact it was very tiny.
If anybody could let me know what spider this is that would be very appreciated and also what is the stuff 'growing' on that rock? Is it some kind of fungi? Sorry for being silly but I really don't know :-)
Thanks for any critiques and comments!

Hi Tomasz,
a very unusual shot, but very artistic and great sharpness. Very nice.

Hej Tom,
Gratuluję spostrzegawczości i celnego strzału.
Pozdrawiam
Adrian
Hi Tomasz, cant help with the spider but the back ground looks to be some sort of lichen.
Any way an interesting image
