[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Cuillins are silhouetted here as the light breaks through an opening in the cloud illuminating an outcrop of rocks along Elgol at a quiet moment.

The Cuillins are a range of rocky mountains located on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. The true Cuillin are also known as the Black Cuillin to distinguish them from the Red Hills across Glen Sligachan.

Impressive picture. Fantastic colors and great composition

Hi Stephen.
Stunning image, amazing light with great exposure, sharpness and detail.
Beautiful,

Hello Stephen,
Breathtaking view. I like very much the saturated colours, contrasts and silky water. The light and shadows are also adding so much to this shot.
Best greetings from Poland!
Michal

A brilliant landscape Steve.
Up to your usual excellent standard.
I think you definitely take some of the finest landscapes I've seen.
Great work!
Cheers
Steve

Hi Stephen!
You`re the reason why I bought the 10-22mm for my camera, and for just this reason: look at your photo! Its amazing! I love the composition, the light!
Im still wanting the filter system, I guess you used some sort of ND grad?
I love this picture!

Hi Steve,
A photo with a awesome mood. The darkness of the distant Cuillins and the light hitting the FG rock do create a wonderful contrast. It looks like the weather was about the change.
TFS,
Niek
