Great choice of B&W
Excellent contrasts, details and DOV.
Thanks for sharing.

Nice picture Ian,
I like the warm tone. It reminds me the wild wild west. I also like all the shade of gray. Ansel Adam's quality. But, Ansel had more merit since he did it with film, paper and chemical (not as easy as digital). Great shot anyway. TFS

Very nice, dramatic shot. Well done, Ian. TFS! Michal

Reminds me of home :-) i grew up near Ffestiniog and the harsh stark lanscape of welsh winters is shown perfectly here in Monochrome :-)

Hi Ian,

This is a great dramatic shot that captures the Welsh landscape really well. Great composition, exposure and DOF, lovely detail and the final icing on the cake, the conversion to monochrome (slight sepia tone too?).

Great work!
TFS, Doug
