Gi Geof,
This reminds me of the stunning footage from the Mountain series on BBC. I really need to see this for myself, because it looks very atractive. I like the spot of bright light in the FG of the photo, since it takes me on a journey into the valley. The shadows of the clouds are giving the landscape an extra dimension. The sky is a little on the bright side, but is not distracting.

Hi Geof,
obviously severely deforested in historical times, this valley looks like a real hiker's delight for its clear views and wide horizons. I like the feeling of clean air, the patches of sunny spots between the patterns of shadows from clowds.
