[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
My second upload of this river in Wales.
Taken whilst on holiday with family in Afan Forest Wales UK.
This forest is very popular with walkers and moutain bikers.
Spent 2 hours walking in this stream taking shots, which gave me much pleasure from the everyday strains of life.
This is my first shot that i will be posting over the coming days.
Thanks for looking and thanks for your comments good or bad

Beautiful photo with the slow exposure. I like that piece of fern in front of your shot.

Nio bad comment from me! (don't look so surprised). I really like this...

Lovely shot Michael, good speed on the water and nice composition. Good work.

Very nice image Michael. Good exposure composition, and presentation. You haven't posted many images but some of them are really special. Thanks

Hello Michael,
Excellent piece of work..I like the depth and 4 second effect in this composition. Color, light, framing - all very nicely done.
Thank you!

Hi Michael
Please bear with me as I feel I need to give you some stern advice and appeal to you. I have looked through your portfolio and one question striked me; "Why did you present so little of your obviously brilliant work, since July 2005?" A photographer of your calibre surely must have a lot more to share with TN. Please take it in the light of appreciation towards your work.
Now back to your photo. This is great stuff. The composition is super from the fern in the foreground (giving absolute scale and depth), to the positioning of the pool in the middle, and finally to the flowing stream captured superbly through the time exposure. The colours are brilliant, and the exposure is spot on with excellent contrast control as there is no burnout on the whites of the water and the darker areas on the rocks show every little detail. DOF and focus is well handled at f/13.
All in all this is fantastic work. TFS and hope to see more of your stuff sooooon!
Regards
Loot
PS. You will find I left some of my big footprints throughout your portfolio. Great stuff.

I really like this. Nice capture. The timing on the water turned out very nice. Sharp details even in the back of the frame and beautiful colors. Like the frame and font. Thanks.
