[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello everyone, I'm Corinne, Gary's infinitely better-half. I've decided to borrow Gary's website to upload this fine picture of a lily, photographed on my Nikon D200 with the gorgeous 105 VR macro lens. I used a very wide aperture to give a shallow depth of field, for creative effect, to produce a dramatic image. It was converted to mono in Alien Skin Exposure to give a daguerrotype effect. (I'd blow the house up if I tried to use darkroom chemicals....). Gary thinks it is spooky - what do you think?

Hi Gary, nice unusual BW shot. The clos up works well in BW. Good DOF and good sharpness. Very creative.

This is something different, a very artistic presentation. Good choice of B&W. Excellent composition and POV and good lighting
