Lanark Loch is a man-made loch at the eastern end of the old town of Lanark in Scotland. It is an area for recreation of the local people and has excellent wildlife and scenery. The loch is populated by swans, geese, ducks and moorhens and is stocked with carp to provide sport for coarse fishermen.
I took this picture this evening of a proud swan basking in the evening sunshine. I hope you like it. |
