Beautiful bird image Nicholas.
I like the pose of the finch very much with his back end and head turned towards you.
I do really hope for you that he did'nt had anything dirthy in mind :)
Sharpness and exposure are spot on while details and sot BG color tones are wonderful.

Hi Nick,
I love the colors of this bird. That shade of tan with black and trimmed in white look so good together. Great exposure. Focus is outstanding too with good detail on feathers. Nice glint of light in eye. Good pose of subject and excellent DOF.

You managed really nice sharpness, OOF background, good exposure and beautiful natural colors. I do notice a sharpening halo along the high contrast edges. It shows up more on some monitors than on others.
