This is a wonderful composition!
I like when big emphasis is given to dramatic sky, like here...
The weather also reflects in the waves & surf,
and afterward comes the blue sky!

I like the curve of the small waves and the white sea foam, together with the imminent clouds to the sky, nice picture without people on the beach.
