From the thumbnail I thought this was a dead leaf. Glad I opened it. What an interesting Larva. The quality of the image is great, good DOF and POV, nice sharpness too.

Hello Julian,
Another wonderful shot of this beautiful moth larva.
Love the pose and background against which the larva does stand out greatly.
Sharpness, exposure and composition are excellent, but the lighter spot lower left side is a bit distracting and could easily be cloned out.
Nevertheless a beauty.

Most impressive capture of this Lobster moth.
Good light showing sharp details and good colours. Looks great against the green background. Very well composed too.
