Hi Karen,
great light and contrast with super clarity, he's got himself a large harem by the looks of it! The way he's positioned here in this shot gives a real sense of him fiercely guarding them all. i'm going to try to get a few myself at the weekend...hopefully with some success this time!

Hi Karan,
So did you follow the rules or bend them a little? Its a wonderful family portrait and a good sign that rutting season is about to start. Especially when you look at the stag. Its sleak look is almost gone. I love the flies hovering around the family a lot and I really like how the light has illuminated the stags coat.
